arbitrators will be handled as follows:

Governor Quinn appoints arbitrators
The employer may, if approved by the Industrial Commission, maintain and post a listing of
medical providers in the workplace. The injured employee may initially choose a doctor that is
not on the posted listing. The selected medical provider may refer the injured employee to any
other medical provider without requiring authorization. The injured employee may change
treating providers one time. If the injured employee changes to a third treating provider, the
employer/insurer is not required to pay for those services. The employee may select his/her own
pharmacy or select a pharmacy from the Express Scripts pharmacy network. Emergency medical
care does not require preapproval and should be secured at the nearest location.
